Production
Electronic circuit boards are made and assembled in a modernly equipped factory based on a logistics model with dedicated work centres for each stage of production.
Fully automated production systems are used in four areas, SMD assembly and reflow soldering, PTH wave soldering, in-circuit testing, and function testing.
SMD assembly involves two latest-generation automatic Siemens lines, fed from automatic vertical magazines. The assembly of traditional components uses work centres served by lines with barcode control for automatic circuit board identification.
Virtually all the circuit boards produced combine PTH and SMD technology. Final electrical testing of the electronic circuit boards involves five HP Agilent 3070 automatic systems. Electrical function tests are performed using equipment designed specifically for each customer’s product.
The keyword at INTEA is flexibility. This is why the work centres are organised to handle large, medium or small volumes.
